I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Columbus, OH) in July 2015
Interview
By far the best interview experience I’ve had throughout my career. The process at CoverMyMeds was longer than average but well worth the time. This company really takes the time to answer all of your questions and never once made me feel rushed to wrap up an interview. I met quite a few team members during the process and every person was extremely friendly, informative, and open. And I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, the recruiter I worked with along the way. She kept me in the loop during the process and answered all my questions. Overall, the process felt as though I was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me for the position. Each step in the process gave me more and more confidence that CoverMyMeds is the place for me. I was never really asked any typical interview questions. Each interview felt more like a conversation than a Q&A.
