Interview
I applied through hirist, for one year experience UI developer,
First I got an assignment to create an UI to provide question and submit answers
After a week I got a call that I cleared first round and my second round will be next week.
Second round was face to face
In that there were four face to face round on same day
1. Basic concepts of Html, css, bootstrap, javascript, whatever you said you know this thing, it wasn't like interview, it was like discussion, I learned so many things on that day.
2. here with those questions, we discussed my projects also, from my academic projects to my one year experience.
3. this is the best one, here the interviewer asked me everything from basic html to ES6, my projects, I got some coding questions also, those I like most.
all three rounds were more than an hour
4. it was little bit easy as I already faced challenging rounds before it, its duration also less nearby 20 min.

Interview
So pathetic interview process. Don't know the professionalism. Sad :(
1. Applied online. After 2-3 days received a mail saying "Your resume has been shortlisted for UI Dev. role" and they gave an assignment to develop a 4 x 4 matrix game within 24hr.
2. I did the task, and sent it before the deadline. (Thought that, company is giving a game to build in assignment means definitely talented people will be there.)
3. After sending the assignment, i didn't get any feedback from them even after 4 days . Finally i drop a mail to HR and asked about any feedback on this. . (i guess, they forgot to review my assignment. )
4. Next day, HR replied back in that mail with "CC" (some technical guy i guess to review my assignment) to review my task and give the feedback
5. After 3 days i got a feedback from the guy, and fixed the issues i had in my assignment. (I noticed here the guy reviewed my assignment was asking unnecessary stuffs to fix )
6. After 2 days, i got a mail from the same HR asking me . .. "Can you come for interview on Saturday ?? " -- LOL, They don't know the professionalism. They could have asked the same by giving a phone call at least.
7. Anyway, i replied to that mail and went for the interview on saturday. I reached there around 12PM. Nobody asked for a glass of water. That's fine i think :D
/// FUN PART ///
8. After some time, i had one F2F technical round with a guy. I never ever expected that the interviewer was a DUMB !! He had only less than 1 yr of experience and was showing off himself like a senior guy. Don't know anything seriously.
-- Asked stupid and silly questions only. LOL [ a kid can answer those questions ]
-- I answered all the question with example in laptop and paper nicely. He always got confused because he didn't know the concept at all.
9. Finally, i got a feedback on the same day saying "I didn't clear the technical round" even after giving 100% from my side -- LOL
* Dear Coviam, my intention wasn't to degrade you. But the facts are in front of you. Try to be in a professional way to interact with peoples. At least keep some smart talented technical people for interview. Not like those dumb ones, who don't know anything and only having 7-8 months of exp.
-- Please note that, I already had a nice offer. I just went Coviam for the experience sake. Don't take this review otherwise.
