A little lengthy consisted of three rounds: background check with recruiter, two part behavioral then case study, and group case study interview. There was no technical portion and everything was strightforward.

Interview
Initial recruiter screening asking you basic logistic questions and then some of the basic behavioral type questions as well as "why Cox?"
The next round are 2 same-day back-back interviews. 45 minute behavioral (15 minute break) 45 minute practical/case-study. YOu have 20 minutes to prepare the case alone and then return to present for the interviewer. The final round is at their HQ. I didn't make it to this round.
