Brief 10 minute phone call explaining background of resume such as experience with kids and what ages. Later had a zoom call and was asked to role-play a work scenario.

The interview process was quick and easy. They met with me virtually and then in person and asked me about my previous experience as a behavior technician. I was hired pretty immediately.

Very polite and quick interview the hiring manager was friendly. The interview process made me very comfortable and led to my acception of the job offer unfortunately the job itself ended up being a little too demanding for the pay.
