Crab Hut interview questions

The interview for majority of applicants is rigorous. There is an initial interview with one manager and then three managers for the second round if followed up on. The questions are typical of what a server is expected of, with focus on customer service and leadership capabilities, hypothetical questions...etc. I was lucky in that I had a light interview with just one manager while they had recently lost a server.

Very brief interview with two managers asking me questions. Both of them seemed hungover, it was a Friday morning. The questions were basic, "tell me about yourself," "do you have bartending experience?," "what was your best/worst experience as a [server]"
