Committee interview. Asks simple questions like availability & work ethic. Only question that may give some difficulty is, "Pick a difficult subject and simplify it so that a student could understand it". Also, you will present to the committee and show overall teaching ability.

Two step, first with the committee and then with the President. The first step is highly structured with pre-fabricated questions, no follow-ups. These are the people you will end up working with. Remember their names and what they do.
