Interview
At least 4 interviews. Initial HR interview, interview with team member, department manager, and key publication online general managers. Then on to Sr. Management. They all knew the position well and what they expected. They also knew the challenges to be addressed. Very professional and tendency to be difficult to read. Intelligent questions.
