I was recruited through online. Met with Area Manager, then Area Visual Manager. I had a phone interviewed with HR and then had a zoom interview with a senior field manager along with another HR representative.

Tell me about a time within the last 6 months that you made a difference in your current role that impacted business.
Got turned away because I didn’t have CAD experience. The job description did not say anything about needing any experience with CAD. Was a waste of time. Just kept asking me if I had questions.
