Interview
I had a phone conversation then in person interview. The lady that interviewed me was the founder of the company but did not seem technically competent to ask technical questions. Also the office is very crowded very little room for devs to walk around. Overall my experience was bad.

We interview numerous candidates for every open position to find the best candidate for the role so our processes can take some time. Junior roles are particularly difficult given the lack of experience of most applicants and our desire to find someone who is a quick learner and able to pick up on our way of doing things.
