First screening is a one-way video interview. Second round is a 30-minute virtual interview. Third is one hour in-person. Fourth is supposedly another second interview in person. Despite the pay range not being what I was looking for, I thought I would see what the culture/team is like, however within 15 minutes into the interview, I knew I didn't want to work there. The questions and format were a bit unconventional, repetitive, and felt combative. Absolutely zero connection with the interviewer, with a bit of a condescending tone from their end. Lots of questions and follow up questions about university studies/experience despite 5+ years of experience in the workplace. After the third interview, I sent an email withdrawing from the process. To which they had asked for feedback on the reason for my decision. I said, "In the end, I wasn't confident about my overall fit for the role, between my experiences, skillset, and the culture." To which they responded: "We came to a similar conclusion" which was unsolicited and felt unnecessary.
