The interview process consisted of three stages. First, there was an initial screening call with HR to discuss my background, experience, and interest in the role. Next, I completed a technical/skills assessment related to the position requirements. Finally, I attended a panel interview with the hiring manager and team members, where we discussed problem-solving approaches, past projects, and cultural fit. The entire process was well-organized and took approximately two weeks from application to final decision.
