I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Create + Adapt (London, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
I had a great interest in this role and relevant experience as a client and provider of contracted services / recruitment. Considering my intentional experience as a CSM I felt the role was suited to me.
I applied online responding questions on what attracts me to Create+Adapt and general approach, I responded to these in detail and messaged Sophie Roberts, the job poster, about my interest (via LinkedIn).
I was contacted via email to arrange a call on a scheduling platform. I did my research and started working on a presentation as it was mentioned it'd be a part of the process to pitch it to the founders.
The time came and went without a call - I've followed up twice with the job poster and no feedback nor responses whatsoever have been offered, nor a reschedule option or an explanation of any kind.
This is a business supposed to treat people as such and not resources, and to revolution the recruitment industry compared to the traditional agencies. I don't think I have been treated as a person, more like a commodity, and the practises followed as I experience are far from what C+A advocates.
I can provide detailed proof of this process.

Question 1
The interview never happened - it was supposed to be a phone catch up and I prepared for it accordingly. All I got back was a waste of my time.
