Not necessarily a specific question, as portraying your fit for the role with the hiring manager as they are hiring you off of a video and a web cam interview. They are looking for a certain assertiveness, yet a relateable quality so that you can build relationships in the field.

The Interview and Hiring process was very quick i had applied for a job with them a year ago and a year later i was called on the phone and ahad an interview the next day i was allready working at the time if i had known what the year with Create was going to be like i would never of left the job i was working at
