I applied online. I interviewed at Creative Action (Austin, TX) in July 2016
Interview
I applied and was asked to come to one of three group interview times through an e-mail. I was asked to bring a lesson plan, and was informed it would be similar to an audition, where we demonstrate a portion of a lesson we would teach students.
My group interview had about 20 people, and it was very fun because we played games and watched other people's teaching styles. It was a bit nerve wracking, but the Director informed us that a good portion of people interviewed would be selected to work for the company so that was reassuring.

Interview
You either have a one on one interview or you have a group interview that’s like a workshop. You play games and have group discussions. They are really friendly. They let me know that the fingerprints for background checks would take a while. I am really excited about what this company does.
