Started by exchanging emails with Human Resources which led to two phone interviews with Human Resources, and then a video interview with the boss i.e. my eventual supervisor for the position

I actually enjoyed the interview process. They try to catch you off guard, drill you, and see if you actually want the job. If you actually want the job (I'm not sure I'd recommend that), just stay confident and don't waiver.

Applied Online; had a phone interview with HR; in-person interview at CAA. You had to fill out one of those application forms online vs. just submitting your resume, which I personally find annoying... but it is what it is.
