I applied online. Two weeks later, I spoke with a recruiter and had a first-round phone call. The first interview went well. I was later emailed by the recruiter and asked my availability for an interview the proceeding week on Wednesday. I responded promptly and didn't hear back for the rest of the week. I reached back out on Monday and was prompted with a week-long out of office from the recruiter. I followed up again the following Monday and never heard anything. This was very frustrating and rude on Creative's part.
