Slow, but fairly easy interview process. Really nice people. Would apply for future positions. Two interviews, then I assume a job offer. More conversational than technical. Seems like a good work culture.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Creative Co-Op (Memphis, TN) in June 2018
Interview
I was actually hired for a temporary assignment through a staffing agency. I didn't have to interview with anyone. That staffing agency took care of everything. It was a very smooth process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Creative Co-Op (Portland, OR) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied online and about a week later was emailed a pdf with five sample projects to complete the following week. About a week after submitting my samples I was contacted for an interview. I met with the VP of Product and Merchandising in the Portland design office. She described the position and office environment and asked me to talk about my background and skills. After following up about a week later I got a reply that they had gone with another candidate. I got the sense that they may have been looking for a more junior level designer.
