I applied to Creative Dock on Friday and also screened on the same day. I was contacted directly by Head of HR. I was invited for 1:1 interview the following Tuesday. I was surprised by the energy and proactivity searing from the offices when I first entered. It was full of young and creative people which made me very exciting. The interview went pretty smooth, we had a general talk about my experience and expectations. I had few conditions which I needed to be accepted. These requirements were accepted happily so I was more than happy to move forward with the process. I was invited to join a boot camp on Thursday. You basically spend a whole day or two with the team to actually get to know the company, teammates and soak in the atmosphere. It was a big help to seal my decision to join Creative Dock. I was even told that day, that they expected the boot camp to go this way and that they would be very happy to have me on board. All the formalities afterward were smooth and I had no troubles signing the contract.
