First, I was contacted by a recruiting specialist for the company and had a brief yet successful phone interview. After this we scheduled an in person interview on site.
The interview itself was very structured, and took around 2 hours from arrival to departure. Security is tight so I had to wait in the lobby for a while. I met with a floor supervisor for my role and a Manager, and we interviewed in the conference room for about an hour.
There were a fair amount of questions, primarily assessing personality and work habits to see if you'd gel well with the shift and any section on floor in lab,
Without sharing too many personal details the in-between time of waiting for an in person interview and waiting to hear about the job afterwards was a few weeks.
Overall process was okay, although my chief grievance would be gaps in communication between the recruiting/talent department and the department I interviewed with. The communication gaps and longer turnaround time for a job offer post-interview didn't align well for me time wise to find work.
