Per usual for designer positions - they want to know your education and work background prior to applying for this company, and you get to present your portfolio. The CEO appears to really value design thinking skills, so it's best to present your cases in full detail from the brief, why you chose the design approach, and how the final design impacts the social perception of the brand/company.
