I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Creator Deck
Interview
4 interviews. Phone screen. Main interview. Mock demo. And for the final interview they ask you to set aside a 3-hour block of time so they can rapid-fire interview you with various departments for culture fit. Overall, my experience with the company's hiring process was a mixed one. On one hand, the company culture and people were very positive and friendly. The employees I interacted with were welcoming and seemed genuinely excited to be a part of the team. This is always a good sign and made me feel like it would be a great place to work. However, the sales hiring process itself left something to be desired. The mock demo that was required as part of the application process was open-ended and provided no context, which left too much up to interpretation. When I asked the interviewer what they were hoping to learn from the demo, I was told "no clue, just show us what you want us to see." This lack of direction and clear expectations made it difficult to showcase my skills and abilities effectively. That said, I was told at the end of my demo it was “the best she had seen in over a month”. Nevertheless, this lack of process is not a sign of a mature org. Furthermore, the scheduling and cancellation of interviews was unprofessional. One interview was cancelled without any notice, and another was cancelled on short notice. This lack of organization and consideration for my time was disappointing and made me question the level of maturity and professionalism of Creator Deck. All of these factors combined gave me the impression that the sales organization is still in the process of learning and developing their sales process. While the company culture and people were positive, the hiring process left a lot to be desired and did not instill confidence in the sales organization's abilities. TLDR. Great people, immature processes, and young organizationally. Probably a good company to work for but be prepared for a lack of clearly defined expectations. They seem to want someone to be there for the culture and figure the rest out along the way.

Question 1
Who are three of the most influential people in your life?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Creator Deck (New York, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
First round is a call with the recruiter, then a call with the manager, and then a skill assessment and finally panel. I had definitely enjoyed this interview process. It was clear, transparent, and the recruiter was quick to get back to me after each stage. After dealing with a plethora of companies and recruiters who have zero respect for candidates, this company was a breath of fresh air. I will say, however, my one major negative is that the skill assessment can take quite a while. I spent probably ~15 hours on mine and got rejected the next week. That being said, Creator Deck definitely seems like a stand-up company.
