I had underwent three rounds with CredAble for Product Management. Post three rounds of technical interview they came with a feedback that I lack experience. I don't understand this thing. how can they not look at my resume before the first round. Pathetic experience. Please do not waste your time

Waste of time & effort
4 rounds process (first round with a PM, round two was an assignment, round three with CPO and final round with HR). The interviewers were great, joined the call on time and the product discussion was insightful.
After 4 rounds, HR started the salary discussion. I clearly set the expectations about my current & expected CTC, notice period before starting the process. But since these HRs fit into every stereotype you can think of in the recruiting space, they asked for my expected salary again and said it’s too high. Maybe the HR forgot math to judge this number “too high” when I told the expectation before the process.
After all this (4 rounds of interviews on a short notice, multiple calls with HR, assignment) they said they will get back. But they didn’t bother even after multiple follow up mails/calls. Any professional organization with a standard HR practice would’ve done otherwise. I wonder how the HR functions in this company, like do they even have feedback, L&D and retention etc or they just ghost internal employees as well?
Advice: It definitely takes less than 4 rounds of interviews to decide if the candidate is not the right fit. Please don’t waste the time of candidates, maybe you have enough but we don’t.
