Interview process is totally screwed up in this company. HR team has outsourced the screening process to a vendor company. Although further rounds will be conducted by the internal panel, the hiring managers have No clue about the expectations of the role and that is something I have experienced while progressing through multiple rounds. I was interviewed for almost 2 months with 6 rounds of interview including VPs & Chief executives and HR team is still ghosting me without updating on the outcome of the discussion.
Net result: 2 Months of my time in preparing , showing up and clearing 5 rounds of interview is almost wasted because of the bad culture and Ghosting policy of Credila HR team.
