I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Acceptance (Southfield, MI) in Nov 2017
Interview
They started with two phone interviews, followed by an in-person panel interview at their office. That interview was with six managers and a bit awkward I must say. Both phone interviews went extremely well but I feel that meeting with so many high level people at once was a lot of pressure and their questions were odd/not typical and almost a bit negative in tone.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Acceptance in Nov 2012
Interview
Phone interview first, followed with more phone interviews. I personally stopped before the on-site cause they prefer candidate with more business or industry exposure. Phone interview took about 30-45 minutes and were mostly about background. Behavior questions were also included but I don't think the answer really mattered, as long as you have stated your answer clearly. The HR and HR manager were really nice,
