I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Credit Acceptance (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The first interview was with a recruiter, she went over the job description, pay and day to day of the specialist. I went over my experience, what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work there. I was then advised if my answers were accepted I'd have a second interview, I had the second interview, was asked 3 scenario questions, advised those answers would be sent to the hiring manager. I was advised I'd hear from someone by Wednesday but instead received the infamous decline letter about 1am. I felt like my interview went really well but what's meant to be is.. One suggestion I have for this company is not to waste applicants time with so many interviews, the pay wasn't what I was looking for but I'm a hard worker and knew I'd eventually make my way into another position within in the company.

Interview
So I went through 3 interviews. First one was basically tell me about yourself and went over my resume. The second one was the same but included some scenario questions. The last one...let’s talk about the last interview for a moment. So you get two “managers” on the line a guy and a woman. They were straight to the point and forward. Honestly too forward. They didn’t seem like they cracked a smile on the phone. They seemed extremely cold and dull. I’m a the type of person where my personality is bubbly but I’m still professional. Honey not them two. The worse interview process I’ve EVER had.

Interview
Interview process consisted of 3 interviews. First two interviews were with Recruiters which were easy and the recruiters were nice. The last interview was with two supervisors which was a walkthrough of your resume and situational questions. The supervisors were a bit cold and straight to the point. Overall experience was average. Wasn’t the best and it wasn’t the worst.
