Mutli part online interview with a face to face in the field. Communication before and after the online meetings with the local District Manager. This is a sales position be ready to sell. You are the product/service in this situation make sure you close the deal

Typical where do you see yourself, why would you be the best for the position, focus on current sales position and how it would translate as I was not from the industry.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Creeden and Associates in June 2012
Interview
I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager, and then was asked to have a face to face interview. We met in a hotel lobby, which is normal. He asked questions concerning achievements and how I succeeded. Then the questions were about how I had over come difficulty and the results. Nothing out of the ordinary interview. Then he told me that each rep was equipped with a Android phone that came with a tracking GPS. This is used to monitor the reps working hours and travels. Sometime IT will call and ask why you've moved 100ft to check up on you. Also you required to attend 8 trade shows of 1 week each, and share the hotel room with another employee. When the interview was concluded he said he'd contact me one way or another. I emailed a thank you and stated that I was interested in the position and looked forward to hearing from him. No response.
