Creighton School District 14 interview questions

The interview was with 12 people in a small room who took turns asking questions. The questions were mostly subjective or abstract, rather than knowledge or experience focused. At the 2nd interview, the team involved was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was shocked to see educators behaving like children. The workspaces I observed are very messy and not modernized. I was not offered a position, after 4 interviews, and was not provided with any reasoning or feedback.
