Had a positive interview experience meeting with their panel of interviewers. Each person I interacted with from recruiter to CEO were friendly and thoughtful in their responses to my questions. They made HR/recruiting tech seem interesting . The initial interviews were super informative and prepared me well for subsequent interviews. The panel was very transparent about expectations, startup culture and demands of the role. Expect to meet with pairs during the panel. This was slightly intimidating because I was being intensely peppered with prepared questions from both. The entire process happened quickly but it dragged out toward the end stages. The communication was great however. Only knock are benefits and compensation. I understand that they are a startup but the salary range presented to me during the first interview was lower than expected compared to other places I was interviewing with. I ended up taking an offer that paid about 15% more base w/ bonus. I get that people who work there are not in it for money but it matters. I am glad I did not have to make a decision between Crelate and my current employer although I am not sure if it would have changed anyway
