Strange. It was more like they were trying to sell me something. They were trying to make me think everything was relaxed when it clearly wasn't. I don't have anything else to say but I'm going to continue on in order to meet the word count of this infuriating site.
It was a very chilled process, more like a conversation. 3 rounds, one with colleague, one with manager and then an in person interview with the CEO or managing director.
