CresCom Bank interview questions

After submitting my application I was called in for an interview two days later. The interview was with the branch manager of the location I would be based in and I had a very short wait before sitting down with her. She mostly asked me the basic questions, such as why banking, why CresCom, etc. After the interview she gave me an assessment on my chances of getting the position which was good. I was called the next day with a job offer which I accepted.

Very good and strong interview, but they did not follow up with me at all. They made me think that I was going to get the job and I never heard from them again.
