I was one of the first 20 hired on directly for a start up location embedded in Hershey's MidWest Distribution Center. At the time Crescent was building office space on site and used the host company offices for interviews and initial training. I met with Jason who would be the acting General manager. We toured the facility and discussed the ins and outs of the job.
