Got invited to an assessment centre down in London which involved a group exercise, case study, interview and physcrometric test. Got a phone call a week later to say I had been successful and would fit right in to the company and want to invite me down to one of there construction sites near reading. The day involved having a quick interview mostly about me and my background with one of the directors. I was then told that they will be in touch the following week to let me know the outcome, 1 week passes and still nothing so I decide to give them a phone call only for them to tell me they still haven't made a decision and will call me the following Monday. That was over 2 months ago. Considering I made 2 visits down to London which cost money out my own pocket they didn't even have the decency to call me back.
