Crestwood interview questions

I was contacted by a email and a face-to-face interview was set up. I was interviewed by two people one being the DON. There are no clinical scenario questions. They discussed our management having a positive role and impact on the facility. Stated the nurse-to-patient ratio was 1 to 32
