Filling a Basic details form in which they ask why are u intrested in this position, pervious job , Distance from home to office,After that they take one on one interview in which they try to fool u to join their company by giving examples of how you will get accelerated growth and all.They call for some other position which you will find is very good but at the end they just want you to do door to door sales.

Phone interview with the CEO. He was very pleasant and upbeat and provided lots of info regarding the company, goals, culture and what is expected in the role. He was very open to answering questions and easy to converse with.
