Crexendo interview questions

The interview process for me consisted of four parts. First, a brief phone interview with the HR Director to discuss my expectations, the position and it's role within the company, and salary expectations. Second, an interview with the VP of Sales. Third, an interview with the Director of Channel Sales. Lastly, an interview with the COO. While this may seem daunting, the interviews were all very friendly and conversational.

This might have been one of the strangest interviews I've ever had. The HM was 30 minutes late. As I sat in the reception area I overheard the two women at the front desk mocking another coworker's accent. Definitely uninviting. The actual interview was rushed and almost depressing. It was as if the HM was trying to tell me not to work here. She was friendly but kept mentioning all of the problems that they are currently experiencing. I think she did me a favor. She asked me standard customer service questions that were pretty easy. I declined any future interviews here as I thought the culture wouldn't be a good fit for me.
