Interview process was 4 rounds: HR screen, Hiring Manager, Online Coding and Tech Talk round. Overall very positive impression and well organised. Recruter is supportive and getting back with the feedback within a reasonable time.

Question 1
Online Coding - solve some problems and implement small features, generally very reasonable.
Tech Talk round was 60 minutes long with various questions of different complexity, questions were quite adequate, and connected with reality.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cribl
Interview
Normal process, first start with HR interview, then hiring manager interview. Work on a take home project within a week. Then a final interview with 4-5 people in the room. Interview is mainly focusing the take home project. Also asked some questions about previous projects and work experience

Question 1
What would you do to make the project production ready?

Interview
Like the previous comments mentioned below, it is one of the most unconventional interview process which makes me think there is no standard in qualification.
Coding round was way too easy so there were almost 20+ mins left during the interview process.
I was asked same Q/A questions in each interview so there is lack of coordination.
Overall, pretty disappointing. Probably don't waste time unless you know someone who works at Cribl.

A lot of Q&A questions which the interviewer just read from google sheets.
