The interview process was good, and the interviewer was respectful and friendly. Unexpectedly, he asked me to work through a couple of case studies, which had nothing to do with cricket, but were nevertheless a fun exercise to go through in an interview

I applied with Cricket NSW online via their job portal, it took around 2 weeks before hearing back from the recruiter. I had a ~20 minute phone screen with the recruiter in Sydney, the call was focussed on very low level questions around my past experience(s) and considered suitability for the role. The recruiter then emailed 1 week later to say I was not selected for the next steps. Given the time I took to apply and then have a phone conversation I felt inclined to seek further feedback as to why I was not selected, I emailed the recruiter 3 times asking why and if she could provide my any feedback on skills or experiences I need to develop to be better considered for future roles. Still no reply from the recruiter and overall a bad candidate experience.
