I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crimson Wine Group (Napa, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
I had a terrible interview process that spanned 6 different individual interviews with the accounting team. No regard for your time when taking you on the whirlwind interview process.
I worked with a recruiter on this position. Crimson verbally told my recruiter on a Friday that they would be sending me an offer on Monday. Well, Monday rolls around when I should be receiving my offer, but instead, they give me the news they went with someone else from another recruiting agency. NO LOYALTY!
Next time you bring someone in to interview maybe have a panel so they won't have to go 6 damn round. Also, next time don't verbally tell someone they will receive their offer and not follow through.
Luckily I didn't quit my job. Always have that offer in hand before putting in your two weeks
