I was given one Codility assesment, and two test (one leaning towards IQ-ish) from their client. Not particularly tough, but the two test from their client took 2 to 3hours.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CrimsonLogic (Singapore) in June 2024

It is two rounds. Coding test is take home assignment.
Mostly there are two tests. A bit difficult. Like LeetCode test.
The next step is face to face technical interview.

2024, I was told L2 round was offline meet I am attending since I already gave L1 round. Upon reaching I learnt it was L1 round again in a drive and this time I didn't got in. I have no issue showing my WorkFromOffice inclination by attending interviews offline but not for L1 rounds where one's skillsets are judged and not WFO.
It was a monumental waste of a time and money from a lowintellect "IT" company. Wasted 1000rs for travelling on priority hoping it has L2. Covid gone and such classless companies are back to using neanderthal ways to conduct interviews. It is doubly ironic for an IT company with free access to video calling technologies to downgrade themselves and process

.NET MVC obscure questions which rarely get used in day to day work. Just theoretical questions and words. 0 coding, 0 conceptual questions.
