Cripps interview questions

Assessment day including 10 minute presentation with follow-up questions, 45-min interview with two interviewers (one HR, one partner), and 1-hour solo exercise. Exercise included being given a practice note and a fact pattern, and drafting advice email.

In depth interview over a call. The individuals were very easy to talk to and enjoyable to interview with. It was very evident that they prefer individuals with previous law firm experience.
