Crisp Video Group Customer Success Manager interview questions

First Round: phone screen to discuss resume, your goals, and the role. Second Round: cognitive and skills assessment. Upon realizing that the skills assessment would take at minimum 3-5 hours to complete, I withdrew my application due to scheduling conflicts. Exact questions from assessment are listed below.

Throughout the entire process, everyone that I spoke with was very nice and very transparent. The interview process was really unique in that I had to call a number to get directions on how to apply, complete multiple assessments, 2 phone interviews, an e-mail sales pitch, and an in-person interview. I applied for 1 position, but their HR department thought I would be a better fit for another position. They were right too, the position they wanted me to interview for was more in line with what I wanted. This was the first company to work to find a position within their company that was a better fit for me. I did not accept the offer, but I think this is a wonderful company.
