As soon as I walked in, I was asked for my license so a background check could be done. Interview went well, I was shown around the facilities and introduced to the staff. I went into classrooms and interacted with the children. I was very hopeful, but I should have been cautious since I had applied for the same job twice before I actually got called for an interview. I was told that the salary was "competitive" and "very good", but it was not.
