Interview
Basic questions about situations and how to handle them. Not hard at all. As long as you have some basic security guard experience then you will be hired. You need to be basically well kept during your interview and once hired they don't uphold standards or care enough to fix problems - they just want a body in a place and someone to blame if something goes wrong.
