I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cro Metrics in June 2025
Interview
I had a 1st interview with someone from the hiring team. She was very very kind and asked thoughtful questions. She mentioned that I ought to be considered for another higher-paying role beyond this one that I applied for. To me, this signaled that I may even be overqualified for the position I initially applied for. She said she would pass on my application to the next set of hiring managers and recommend me for both roles and they could “fight it out to determine which position I would fit in best.” All things that sounded as if I was moving on to the next step. 3 days later I got a very generic “thanks, but no thanks” email which seemed odd considering how positive the interview had gone. Thought I’d provide this feedback as it would be helpful in CRO Meteic’s hiring process to be a bit more transparent with applicants instead of just being kind. Like I said, she was exceptionally kind but this gave me the wrong impression about the process overall.
