CroMetrics has a progressive "paid interview" process. I had a video screen where I talked about my experience with the cordial engineering manager, judged competent, received a target start date to do remote work, was contacted around that start date to onboard. A professional experience and everyone involved was great. However work was light. Might be hard to make it a priority if you have other full time offers or opportunities in a pipeline.
