Cromer Food Services interview questions

Once there is an opening it is a quick process. You will schedule an interview in which you’ll be screened by CT Cromer’s secretary (can’t be a smoker, no visible tattoos, live within 30 minutes of work, and be clean shaved or only have a mustache). If you pass the screening you will meet will meet with CT as early as the next day. He will talk to you about where you are in life (single, married, etc.) and will be honest to you if the job fits your profile. From there, you will have to shadow whatever position you applied for with an employee without pay. If the person you shadow approves of you, you will meet with upper management and will recommend (or not) to CT. After that, you can start as early as a day or two with a trainer.
