Had a phone interview and was requested to come back and meet with a higher-up the following week via email. Arrived to a panel of 3 people interviewing me, including the woman from the phone interview. Not at all what I was expecting and threw me off completely. They asked me generic, unoriginal questions that I already answered in the phone interview, except this time I felt pressured to change up my answers because the woman from the phone interview was present. For an advertising agency its employees sure do lack effective communication skills with potential hires. Also, they would do well to read the Forbes article describing what questions to stop asking interviewees, they used nearly all of them.
