      Lead School Psychologist Interview

      18 Dec 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cross Country

      Interview

They advertise on Craigslist and Ed-join.org. If you are called for an interview, more than likely you will be interviewed by someone who is relatively new to the company, who has unrealistic expectations, but yet you will be more then qualified for the position. The interviewer will seem to be a bit rushed, but when they call to offer you the job, they will offer you a lot less than what the market rate is for School Psychologist.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They ask questions regarding my family, which were extremely inappropriate.
