After initial interview and writing sample submission, they ask you to submit a 6+ hour spec writing project on a deadline. They take weeks to get back to you, and are not friendly at all. It's a complete waste of time applying here and I hope others see my review and avoid these charlaton, unfeeling "christians". All the effort I lut in, and dept manager couldn't even get my name right.
