Interview
Spoke with various management personnel in the company. They asked basic background sales and technical knowledge questions. Nothing unusual. They were focusing a lot on my prior education. . Somewhat repetitive from person to person. Asked a lot about accounts I sold to before. Located way up in Westchester in a small office area. Not worth the long car ride. They had nothing special and seem to have high salesmen turnover.

Background work history questions. The VP of Biz Development really runs the company. His daughter is defined as the CEO, but appears they create that structure to be able to qualify as being qualified as a Minority Owned / Female Owned to qualify for Federal subsidized contracts. Small company and all in the family.
